Tony Amolo

Berkshire School of Sheffield, MA

2013

Tony Amolo is a 2013 graduate of Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA.


Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Tony moved to the United States for better education and an opportunity to play soccer at the highest level.


During his time at Berkshire, he helped the Boys Soccer program win its first New England championship. Afterward, he moved to Ohio to study Neuroscience at Kenyon College.

At Kenyon, Tony played a pivotal role in helping transform Kenyon College men's soccer program into a perennial top 10 team. As a player, he amassed a career total of 121 points (50 goals and 21 assists)-the third highest in the program's history- and earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All- American team twice.


After college, Tony returned to his alma mater as an educator. He helped the soccer team to their fifth New England Championship as an Assistant coach.


In 2020, Tony graduated from Wesleyan University with a Master of Art in Liberal Studies. He is currently the Head Coach of the Boy's Soccer team at Berkshire and teaches Biology and Chemistry.
