​What do I need to provide?
Two things: your resume and the job posting you are targeting. A PDF works best because it keeps your formatting exactly as you designed it, and Word (.docx) files work too. Share the job posting as a link, or upload it as a PDF or Word file. Then add your name and email so we can send your results.

What is the pricing?
Resume Review is $89 for one job: your BLAC Rubric V6 score, prioritized action items, a career narrative, and a tailored cover letter. Resume Rewrite is $249 for three jobs used within 90 days: everything in Review for each job, plus a revised resume and matching cover letter for each, every change explained, and a 15-minute follow-up call. Start with Review and upgrade later for the $160 difference.​

What is the Enterprise Plan?
The Enterprise Plan is designed for schools, nonprofits, and organizations that want to offer resume support at scale. Pricing is customized based on volume and partnership needs. How is my resume reviewed?

How quickly will I receive the results?
Within 24 hours. A BLAC reviewer reads every report before it is sent to you, so what you receive is checked by a person, not just a program.

Do I need multiple resumes?
Not always. If you are applying to very different roles or industries, tailored versions help. That is what Resume Rewrite is for: a revised resume and matching cover letter for each of three jobs. If your targets are similar, one strong resume is often enough.

Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your story stays yours. We use your resume, job posting, and contact details only to prepare your review and send you your results. Secure AI tools that do not train on your materials help us analyze them, and a BLAC reviewer checks every report. We never sell your information, and we never share your resume or personal details with employers, partners, or anyone else without your permission. Want your files deleted?
