For Students & Professionals

Most families call us about one application and find out the question was bigger. We start by figuring out which.

Readiness Assessment

Is your student ready for what comes next? The student and the parent each complete a Discovery Assessment. We read both side by side and hand you a written readiness report.

Independent and boarding school admissions. A school list built from the assessment, essays, interview coaching for the student and the parent, and financial aid.

A balanced college list with cost and aid in view from the start. Essay and application review, interview coaching, scholarship strategy, and decision support in the spring.

First-year transition planning for the student and the family, and an Our Faces, Our Voices mentor from the BLAC Network who walked the same path. Check-ins through the first semester.

Career Support

Resumes, cover letters, interviews, and the job search. We start with your story, then build everything else off it. Three tiers of resume support, matched to the role.

How engagements start: The Readiness Assessment.

Two to three weeks. Your student completes the Student Discovery Assessment; you complete the parent version. We read both side by side, meet with both of you, and hand you a written readiness report with prioritized recommendations.

Some families stop there. That is a legitimate outcome and we will tell you if it is the right one.

Scoped engagement. Sized to what the assessment found.

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian enrolls them and is our point of contact for scope, scheduling, and payment.
