Precious Ndunduri graduated in May 2025 from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She brings over four years of combined experience in IT support, technical problem-solving, and customer engagement across the banking and telecommunications sectors, offering a distinctive blend of technical expertise and business insight.
At William & Mary, Precious deepened her knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, optimization, and big data. Her capstone project involved developing an AI-powered resume screening model using natural language processing (NLP) to improve applicant–job fit prediction—demonstrating her commitment to applying analytics to create practical, high-impact solutions.
She is now seeking a career that integrates technology, business, and data analytics. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong interest in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and design innovative solutions across industries such as IT, telecommunications, finance, marketing, consulting, fashion, and product development. Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Precious enjoys exploring new places, with a particular love for adventure and nature.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Precious grew up in a close-knit Zimbabwean Christian family that instilled in her the values of resilience, humility, faith, and community. Her cultural roots and family background have shaped her perspective on hard work, collaboration, and adaptability. She takes pride in her heritage and draws inspiration from it as she continues her personal and professional journey.
