Marcus Goodwin is a 2007 graduate of St. Albans High School in Washington, DC.
Mr. Goodwin has over ten years of experience in real estate development focused on acquisitions, financing, and dispositions with a keen focus on financial modeling. He is currently the CEO of Ownerific, a housing benefits platform providing equitable access to homeownership. He is also the Managing Partner of Goodwin Companies, an affordable housing development firm in Washington, DC.
Mr. Goodwin is a Washington, DC native who sits on the board of several non-profits that serve communities in the region.
Mr. Goodwin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Urban Studies and a Masters in Real Estate from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
