Jeffrey Shiu graduated from Scarsdale High School in 1998 and Johns Hopkins University in 2002.
Jeff is a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group and Global Head of the Innovative Equity Ventures team at Macquarie Capital. At Macquarie, he has served on numerous management committees and is also a committee member of the Americas Racial Equity Fund. Jeff has been at Macquarie for over 15 years managing offices and teams globally. He has also held a variety of positions in investment banking over the last two decades.
Jeff graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2002. He is a Board Member of the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences. He has also established scholarships and research awards at JHU to support first-generation attendees and the study of brain sciences in children.
Jeff is currently on the Board of Trustees and also the Finance Committee at Epiphany School in Seattle, WA, and previously served on Hong Kong International School Board Advancement committee in Hong Kong.
Jeff is a Commissioner on the Planning Commission for the Town of Yarrow Point, WA working closely with the Mayor and elected Town Council.
He is a board member of the Cambodian Children’s Fund in the US and Hong Kong Junior Tigers. Jeff is active with youth sports as a volunteer coach and division representative and recently a board member of the Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association in Seattle.
