Howard M. Holley Jr. graduated from Episcopal High School in 1987 and subsequently attended University of Lowell 1987-1990.
He was a member of the 1988 NCAA Division II Mens Basketball Championship team. Howard then transfered to Howard University where he was a member of the 1992 Mens Basketball MEAC Comference and Tournament championship team, and graduated in 1992 with degree in Marketing.
He has been in Federal and Enterprise Sales for the past 20+ years, currently focused in Cloud Computing, mobility, and IOT sales.
