Your funnel stalled.
Inquiries come in. Families get excited. Then something shifts. They go silent, or they choose somewhere else. You know your school is right for them. But they can't see it yet. And by the time you build the case, they've already decided. The Enrollment Sprint fixes this. Not by changing your school. By changing how your school tells its story.
How It Works
Listen & Design
Weeks 1-2
We interview 40+ people in your community (students, families, staff, board). We find the patterns nobody's saying out loud. Then we design the narrative spine—the real story your school is telling, different from what you think.
build
week 3
We set up your funnel. Automations. Landing pages. Email sequences. Calendly. Everything your team uses to move families from "curious" to "enrolling." We train your team. You're not waiting on us.
Hand over
week 4
We leave. Your team runs the campaign. Documentation. Automation logic. Email sequence. The why behind each decision. You can run this next year without us.

If you’re a business, talk about how you started and share your professional journey. Explain your core values, your commitment to customers and how you stand out from the crowd. Add a photo, gallery or video for even more engagement.
When this is right
Inquiry rate
Your inquiry rate is fine, but conversion stalls mid-funnel.
staffing
You have a strong community story but admissions doesn't have time to tell it at scale.
automation
You're open to automating follow-up so no family gets lost.
Investment
Cost & commitment.
THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT
$1,500
You'll share your enrollment software reports (the past 4 years of funnel health), retention and attrition data, your current marketing plan, and your strategic plan. We analyze what's working and where families are dropping off.

Then we meet. First with your School Leadership Team to understand institutional priorities. Then with your Head of School for strategic context. Then with your Admissions Director for operational realities.

Within one week, you get a diagnostic report: what we found, where your funnel is breaking, and whether the Enrollment Sprint is the right next move.
THE ENROLLMENT SPRINT
$18,000
Four weeks of engagement, including deep listening, narrative design, full-funnel build, automations, email sequences, Calendly setup, staff training, and 30 days of post-launch support.

Everything your team needs to run the campaign without us.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does "three to four weeks" actually look like? Am I meeting with you every day? Weekly?

It depends on your readiness and team capacity. Typically:
Week 1 (Listening)
-
2-3 hours of calls with your admissions, marketing, and leadership team
-
We conduct family listening—interviews or focus groups with families in your pipeline and families who chose competitors
-
You're present for context and insights
Week 2 (Diagnosis & Strategy)
-
You get a positioning brief that identifies where your messaging misses the market or where families misunderstand your school
Week 3 (Activation)
-
We refresh your key messaging and family engagement strategies
-
Your team executes 2-3 concrete moves (outreach, communications refresh, event planning)
Week 4 (Handoff)
-
Your team runs with the momentum
-
We're available for questions, but you own the execution
We're not doing the work for you, we're accelerating your clarity so your team can execute with confidence.

Who on my team needs to be involved? How much time are they committing?

Your Head of School, admissions director, and at least one person in advancement/marketing need to be present in 3-4 calls. That's 4-6 hours total per person over the month.
Roles:
-
Head of School sets tone and context
-
Admissions director does family listening and understands the pipeline
-
Marketing/advancement helps with messaging and activation
It's a lift upfront, but it's frontloaded. By week 3, your team is driving.

What if we're in the middle of the school year and enrollment is stalled?

Mid-year enrollment stalls are often a messaging/visibility problem, not a product problem. We can move fast.
Week 1 includes interviews with families already in your pipeline (why haven't they decided?) plus analysis of where you're losing people in your funnel. Weeks 2-3 focus on refreshing your family communication and outreach strategy to move warm leads. Week 4 is activation.
You might see applications tick up by April/May. This is about clearing the jam through better messaging, not waiting for fall.

Do you run events, change our messaging, train staff, or just give us recommendations?

We do three things:
-
We diagnose what's actually happening in your market, what families are hearing about you, what they're choosing instead, where your message misses
-
We refresh your positioning and messaging with you (you approve everything; we don't impose language)
-
We help you activate, that might be an event, family outreach, staff talking points, or messaging for different audiences
We don't run your admissions department; we help you run it better and faster.

What's my ROI? How many more students should I expect?

It depends on where you started, but here's the pattern:
Schools usually have 30-50% of "warm" families in pipeline who haven't decided or have gone quiet. The sprint typically recovers 30-50% of those through better communication and clarity.
If you have 40 warm leads and recover 12-15, that's 6-8 additional enrollments at approximately $20K tuition = substantial revenue for an $18K investment.
Important caveat: If you're building from zero applications, this is foundation work that pays off more in year 2. We'll be honest about whether your situation is a good fit for this engagement.

How do you handle families already in the pipeline? Do you follow up with them?

We audit your pipeline and recommend outreach strategy. We don't do the calling, your team does. But we make sure you're saying the right things to the right families at the right time.
Part of the sprint is often "reactivation messaging" for families who went quiet 6-8 months ago. Your admissions director makes the calls; we help you know what to say and why.

What's a "warm lead"? How do you define the families you're targeting?

Warm leads are families who are actively interested but haven't decided yet:
-
Families who've inquired and attended events
-
Families partway through the application process
-
Families who visited multiple times
-
Families in your pipeline who went quiet but showed initial interest
We're not trying to convert cold prospects. We're focused on moving families who are already interested but stuck at the decision point.

Can you work with families who are considering other schools?

Yes. Part of Week 1 is interviewing families who chose competitors. We want to understand what they're choosing instead of your school, what message you're missing, what they're seeing elsewhere that appeals to them. That's how we know what to fix in your positioning.

What if our admissions team is already stretched?

This is a common concern. The engagement is designed to work even with lean staff because we're accelerating clarity, not adding to the workload long-term. Week 1 is intensive; Weeks 2-4 are lighter as your team takes over.
If your team is severely understaffed, we can discuss this in the Initial Assessment. There might be a better sequencing of services for your situation.

What happens if we do the sprint but we're not ready to implement?

That's between you and your team. The sprint gives you clarity and momentum. If you decide you can't execute in Week 4, that's your call. You still own the strategy and messaging recommendations.
Many schools schedule implementation for the following fall if timing doesn't work mid-year.

Can we extend the engagement if we need more time?

Yes. If Week 4 lands you halfway through implementation, we can extend. We'll scope additional time and cost.

Do you do this work remotely or on-site?

Primarily remote. Most engagement is calls and virtual workshops. Some schools prefer an on-site kick-off call in Week 1; that can be arranged.

How do I know if we're ready for an Enrollment Sprint?

You're ready if:
-
You have families in your pipeline (not building from zero)
-
You're willing to invest 4-6 hours of team time per person
-
You want clarity on what's blocking enrollment
-
Your leadership is stable enough to make decisions and implement
If you're unsure, book an Initial Assessment first. We'll recommend whether now is the right timing.

What about summer family events, tours, or recruitment activities? Do you integrate with that?

Yes. If your sprint runs during recruitment season, we'll integrate with your existing events and activities. Part of the positioning work is helping your team talk about the school more confidently at tours and events.

Can you guarantee X number of new enrollments?

No. Results depend on your starting position, team execution, and market conditions. What we guarantee is clearer positioning, messaging your team can execute, and momentum to move warm leads. The enrollment numbers follow from that.

How do I book?
