Yuchen Li is a 2018 graduate of Culver Academies of Culver, Indiana.
Yuchen was born in Nanjing, China, and continued her education there until eighth grade. While at Culver, Yuchen was an active member of the cross country, tennis, and sailing teams and also excelled in speech, earning varsity recognition. She served as the Chinese Culture Club Secretary and the Technology Chair.
Yuchen graduated from Culver with Cum Laude and Honors in Mathematics and continued her education at Johns Hopkins University. She graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology and Economics and a Minor in Environmental Studies. While at Hopkins, she served as the Logistics Department Head for the Chinese Students & Scholars Association (CSSA) and worked as a Research Assistant in the Social Psychological Analysis of Relationship Cognition lab.
Yuchen began her career in the education industry as an Independent Educational Consultant at PrepEdu Consulting after graduating from JHU. Her dedication to academic success has led her to pursue a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Boston University in the Fall of 2023, where she plans to continue her consulting career upon completing her graduate degree.
Utilizing her bilingual skills, she is an editor in NEWzmz, a fan-subtitle group. She also dedicates her time to volunteering at psychology non-profits, including Muhe Psychology and CaringMind, to help increase psychological awareness and help others in need. She enjoys reading, working out, baking, and hanging out with friends in her free time.
