Arthur T. Jones II (AJ II) graduated from the St. Albans School in 2013.

He is a multi-skilled journalist and television news producer from Washington, D.C. Arthur is currently an Associate Producer with “CBS This Morning” based in Washington. 

In addition to his work in television, Arthur has been featured in ESPN’s The Undefeated, Sojourners Magazine, AFRO Newspaper and more. Arthur enjoys all forms of media and producing, but exhibits his creativity through radio and podcasting.

Arthur is the host of Max Out Time With AJ II, an interview-based podcast featuring conversations on a wide variety of topics, which aims to maximize the success stories of notable individuals.

Collegiately, he attended Indiana University in Bloomington through the aid of an academic scholarship given by former owners of The Washington Post. Arthur played Division I football for the Indiana Hoosiers while majoring in Broadcast Journalism with an Outside Concentration in Spanish. 

Prior to Indiana, Arthur spent seven years at St. Albans School (2006-2013), participating in everything from the Washington National Cathedral Choir to Varsity Track and Field. He was a 10-time varsity letter winner, 5-time IAC champion and twice captained the football and basketball teams. 

During his senior year, Arthur won the Robert Rice Award, which is given to the school’s Best All-Around athlete.
