Andrew Jyan

Andrew Jyan graduated from Episcopal High School in 2012. During his time at EHS, he played violin in the orchestra, ran for the track & field team, and played doubles on the varsity tennis team. After receiving a B.S. in Information Systems from Stony Brook University, Andrew went on to join AIG's Technology Analyst Program.   He moved to New York City and lived with Jesse Ling '12, gaining an interest in software engineering as a career path. He began teaching himself how to program after work and ended up leaving his job to join a coding bootcamp. Following an internship at a Y-Combinator startup, Andrew is now a Cloud Engineer at IBM.
