Etene Terrell-Fakorede obtained her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Ohio State University of Columbus, Ohio in 2015.

Etene is a highly skilled and experienced healthcare leader with a career spanning over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge, backed by a master’s degree in both Business Operational Excellence and Healthcare Administration with a concentration in education.

Certified, Etene is well-versed in the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma and understands the importance of operational excellence, making her a successful leader in various clinical settings. Her confident and admired leadership style has yielded success in diverse fields such as wound care, hyperbaric, bariatric surgery, weight management, endocrinology, and now inpatient rehabilitation.

Her dedication to improving patient care and clinical outcomes has also earned her recognition among her peers, which is proven by Etene being the only non-clinical co-author of the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center Clinical Practice Guidelines for the treatment of Obesity in Adults. Overall, Etene is a passionate, highly respected leader committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Etene is the Chief Executive Officer for the Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a Joint Venture with Premier Health.
